Scholarships

Scholarships differ from other forms of financial aid in that they may be based on criteria other than financial need. Similar to grants, scholarships also do not have to be repaid. There are scholarships available from several different places to Ohio Technical College students, including competitions, local organizations, tests, web sites and more.

SkillsUSA Competition Scholarships
State and national winnners in this hands-on competition are offered tuition scholarships. OTC and PSI offer scholarships in a wide variety of classifications ranging from automotive and diesel to collision repair and motorcycle.

Ford/AAA Competition Scholarships
State and national winnners in this hands-on competition are offered tuition scholarships.

FFA Competition Scholarships
State and winnners in this hands-on competition are offered tuition scholarships ranging from $1,500 to full tuition.

Auto Dealer Association Competition Scholarships
Many ADA competitive scholarships can be used at Ohio Technical College from the various competition levels. These scholarships cover the full selection of courses offered at OTC. Scholarships will be offered annually at the following eligible competitions:

Imagine America Scholarship
Every high school in the country has the opportunity to award up to two $1,000 scholarships to its students.
