This Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree adds the academic component to the Classic Car Restoration program, giving technicians the background needed for advancement into management. This all-inclusive program is for those students with a passion for restoring classic automobiles. Combining both automotive and auto body technologies, this comprehensive program focuses on engine and drive train restoration, ignition, fuel and exhaust system tuning, metalworking, upholstery and trim restoration, welding, damage repair, suspension and chassis restoration, painting and refinishing, and career development training. Classic and vintage car restoration is a growing career field and those who complete this program will have a solid understanding of this dynamic field.

Students are prepared for entry-level positions as auto-body/collision repair and refinishing technicians, restoration technicians, fabricators, service writers, service and parts managers, service managers, specialty shop technicians, repair business owners, and welders.
